I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept freezing right when I got to payment — which was frustrating. I entered my info twice, and it still wouldn’t go through.

On top of that, the total showed one amount at first, then changed after I hit continue, not by a huge amount, but enough to make me pause. It just didn’t feel super reliable.

I ended up giving up, maybe other people have better luck, but my checkout experience was messy and wasted more time than it should have

I took my automatic in for a repair and service. It wasn’t a great experience. It took longer than they said it would. I also didn’t get many updates. I had to keep chasing them myself, which was frustrating. When I got it back, the problem still didn’t feel fully sorted. I wouldn’t use them again.

The clasp is okay overall and usually closes without any issue. That said, it felt a little loose one time, and I kept checking my wrist because I didn’t fully trust it. Overall, disappointing experience, and I don’t see myself buying from them again.
